Ray Anderson is a renowned magician and entertainer originally from Victoria, Texas. He has
been performing for over 40 years as part of the comedy variety show Esther's Follies, located
in the heart of Downtown Austin’s Sixth Street. Known for his captivating illusions and comedic
flair, Anderson headlines the Follies while also serving as its creative director and
choreographer.

Anderson's body of work has earned him recognition among his peers, including a Performing
Fellowship from the Academy of Magical Arts in Los Angeles. He was inducted into the Magic
Castle’s Hall of Fame in 2017. Most recently in 2025, Anderson was inducted into the Austin
Arts Hall of Fame.

- 1999. 3-time T.A.O.M. 1st Place magic Champion, S.A.M. 1st place in Close-Up, I.B.M
President 2016-2017, and Head Production Manager for the International Brotherhood of

Adam Dunraven is a lifelong supporter of the performing arts who began his first magic
business at the age of 12. He currently owns and operates Dunraven Magic, which provides
magic shows primarily for children’s birthday parties in the greater Austin area. Adam was
named 2022 Magician of the Year by the Austin chapter of The International Brotherhood of
Magicians (Ring 60) and has served as president of the Austin chapter of the Society of
American Magicians (Assembly 206). He is the magic consultant for ZACH Theater’s 2026
production of The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe.

Adam is a founding member of the Texas Magic Center and advisor to the board of the Texas
Association of Magicians. He is committed to preserving and advancing the performing art of
magic.

Recognized by his peers for his expertise, Scott Wells is a four-time winner of Houston's
coveted “Magician of the Year” award presented at the annual banquet of the Society of
American Magicians in Houston. Scott is also a Life Member of the International Brotherhood
of Magicians, the Society of American Magicians and a Member of the Inner Magic Circle
(M.I.M.C.) with Gold Star. The Magic Circle, a professional society for magicians located in
London, England, acknowledges the best magicians in the world with honorary degrees in
recognition of their skill level and entertainment value.

Scott's title of M.I.M.C. (Member of the Inner Magic Circle), with Gold Star, is a prestigious
distinction that is held by only 350 magicians worldwide. The designation of "Gold Star"
further recognizes Scott as a professional entertainer rather than a collector or avid hobbyist.
Scott is the host of the Magic Word Podcast which has been reaching magicians with weekly
content around the world since 2011.

Scott Hollingsworth is a community leader and entrepreneur. In the civic realm, he
has served as Calhoun County United Way President, Port Lavaca Rotary Club
President, Homeowner Association Board of Directors, and CC Water Supply
Corporation Board President.

Magic community accolades include the Society of American Magicians 2015
Presidential Citation for Dedicated Service and Leadership in Art of Magic;
International Brotherhood of Magicians Presidential Citation 2016 for outstanding
service; Houston Association Magician of the Year Award 1990, 2003, 2008, and
2010; Bob Blau Magic Achievement Award 2009; and Texas Association of
Magicians Magician of the Year in 1970.

Houston magicians honored him in 2014 by renaming the IBM Club to “The Scott
Hollingsworth Ring”. Scott served as President of the International Brotherhood of
Magicians Rings #39 and #157, Texas Association of Magicians Convention
Chairman in 2016, and President of the Texas Association of Magicians in 2009.

Scott is a prolific writer and has published numerous magic books, monographs,
and routines. His corporate credits are led by the Entertainment Director and
Resident Magician position at Magic Island, Houston’s premier five-star dinner
theatre, for twenty-seven years.

Cindy Bighorse, as her name implies, is an American Indian descending from the Osage tribe. 
Her career revolved around government contracts designing and manufacturing defense
equipment for the US Military until her retirement in 2020.  She recently retired again after
serving 8 years on the Saginaw’s City Council. 

Cindy is a former Secretary/Treasurer of the Texas Association of Magicians.  With free time on
her hands, she earned a Certification as a Master Food Preserver.   Those skills are used to
teach senior citizens to can, make cheese and sausages, and mill their own flour.  She loves
gardening and quilting.  A group of her friends meet annually to produce quilts for Military and
First Responders struggling from PTSD.  These quilts are donated to the Indian Springs Ranch in
New Mexico, where she also serves as a board member.  She loves spending time with her
family, supporting her granddaughter in her school events. 
 
Cindy is a cofounding member and serves as Secretary of the Texas Magic Center.

Dal Sanders is a renowned magician and entertainer with over four decades of experience in the art
of magic. Dal is highly sought after by corporate clients and is also well-known for his educational
school shows that promote positive values and encourage personal growth. A dedicated member of
the magic community, Dal has served as the International President of The Society of American
Magicians (SAM) and while working alongside Mayor Eric Hogue of Wylie, Texas, was instrumental in
having the United States House of Representatives recognize magic as an art.

Dal is a recipient of several prestigious awards, including the degree of M.I.M.C. with Gold Star from
The Magic Circle in London, membership in the International Brotherhood of Magicians (IBM), and
the Order of Willard with The Texas Association of Magicians (TAOM). In 2019, he was awarded an
Award of Merit Fellowship from The Academy of Magical Arts at The Magic Castle.

Most recently, Dal was elected President of The Texas Association of Magicians and was Co-
Producer of “Magic Texas,” the TAOM-SAM Combined Convention, hosting the FISM North American
Championship of Magic. Dal has appeared on Comedy Central and has starred in TV commercials
and films. Currently, he and his wife Cinde host the internationally syndicated television show
"Kartoon Circus," where they perform magic for a live studio audience.

Eric Hogue is an author, entrepreneur, community leader, magician, speaker, and
former mayor.

Eric was elected as the 45th Mayor of Wylie, Texas on May 10, 2008, and served his
community for over 12 years, as the city’s longest serving mayor. During his time in
office, Wylie grew from 35,000 to a population of nearly 60,000 citizens, and taxable
commercial values grew by nearly $3 billion.

Mayor Hogue is also Chairman of the Board of the Baylor Scott and White - Lake Pointe
Medical Center; Chairman of the Collin County Historical Commission; former President
of the Texas Association of Magicians; and former President of the Texas School for the
Deaf Governing Board.

Eric spent over 25 years of his career in corporate America at various levels of senior
management for MCI Telecommunications and Electronic Data Systems.
Mayor Hogue is also the published author of the book, Clinky the Clown and the Secret
of Happyville, a book written for 9-to 12-year-olds that focuses on overcoming prejudice.

Eric spearheaded efforts with U.S. Representative Pete Sessions and former SAM
President Dal Sanders to have magic recognized as an art form by the United States
Government and succeeded in having Congress recognize it within the Congressional
Record of the 113 th Congress in 2014. Two years later, Eric along with David Copperfield
worked to expand those efforts and have a binding resolution created and approved by
the United States Congress. They addressed the members of the United States House
of Representatives in support of House Resolution 642, on June 9, 2016, proclaiming
magic as an art form.

Eric and his wife, Tammie, have been married for over 39 years and have two grown

Trixie Bond is a native Houstonian, a second-generation Texan, as well as a second-generation
magician. She is a founding, charter member of Kidabra, the primary organization for family
entertainers. She has served as President of the Texas Association of Magicians (2015), the
Society of American Magicians Assembly 39 in Houston, and the International Brotherhood of
Magicians Ring 60 in Austin. Currently, Trixie is serving as a Vice President, North American
International Federation of Magic Societies. She has been a member of both the International
Brotherhood of Magicians and the Society of American Magicians for 55 years.
